■ Prenatal test

Inspection personnel through random sampling of the production of raw materials, raw products, parts and components to ensure that the product is consistent with the sample, and the correctness of the production method. Routine pre-production inspection items include: raw materials, spare parts, semi-finished products, production equipment condition and capacity, production technology and QA personnel allocation

■ Inspection in the production process

The inspection personnel shall inspect the semi-finished products on the production line or the finished products just off the production line, check the flaws and deviations, report to the manufacturer, and propose effective methods to correct the errors and deviations.

■ Final Product Sampling Inspection (FRI)/ Pre-shipment inspection (PSI)

When the goods have been fully produced and at least 80% of them are packed and ready for shipment, the inspection personnel carry out (AQL) sampling in accordance with the internationally accepted ANSI/ASQZ1.4(ISO2859-1) and other standards to check the quantity, process, function, size specifications and packaging details of the goods. Ensure quality and safety throughout the production process, from product design to shipping.

■100% inspection

For special products or high value products, the service content involves the classification of good products and defective products. The defective product is isolated from the batch and returned for improvement or destruction.

■ Production monitoring (on-site inspection)

Inspectors are stationed in the supplier’s factory as customer QA to train the factory and communicate the customer’s quality requirements to the factory. The inspector will inspect the goods in the production line from time to time in the daily work and send to the customer in the form of daily reports based on the quality tracking records recorded every day. When encountering quality problems, consult with the factory in time to help improve and solve the problems.

■ Supervise loading/unloading

After the sampling inspection of the final product before shipment, in the factory base, warehouse or in the transmission process of the box, to assist the manufacturer to confirm whether the box used is in line with the proper cleaning condition and packing conditions, and to ensure the delivery of the goods and the safety of the shipment process, while taking photos. Supervision of unloading includes a similar inspection of the integrity of the container as per the inspection list or invoice to avoid disputes and ensure that the product arrives in the same condition as it was shipped.
